Danish artist Ivan Martinez debuts today with his first single. It’s ‘Et Hus’. A lovable folk-pop track with a timeless, sing-a-long melody. Well – the sing-a-long element might be dependent on your grasp of Danish. But you’ll get there after a few listens. Speaking of the track, Ivan says: “Et Hus (A House) are my thoughts about the future. The song is about life, love and family. I wrote the song on a lovely summer day in Chile when I was visiting my family. My father was gardening, my mother was cooking food, and the small children were playing in the pool with my girlfriend. I was surrounded by love and my family, and it made me think about my own future and the life I will one day create with a partner“. What a thoroughly lovely chap.
