We’re heralding the arrival of a new Finnish popstar now. Hailing from Vaasa, it’s Emeline Sigfrids who has just released her debut single (and video) ‘Totally Over You’. A mid-tempo ballad with a lush production that shines on its own, while also serving to highlight the gorgeous vocal of the singer performing over it, AND the delivery of the complex chorus melody. A bit of a beauty, this one. It was written by Emeline herself, along with Janne Hyöty (who also produced it).
