Who? Hailing from Grimstad in Norway, Céline Lunder has gotten off to a great start in music – having already become acquainted with one of our favourite songwriting duos in pop, Jim Bergsted and Helge Moen. She’s out with a new single that she’s written with the pair, and it’s a bit of a stunner – ‘Always Lonely’.
What’s it like? It delivers a classically beautiful melody paired with a wonderfully simplistic lyric that tells a clear, familiar story. This one stopped us in our tracks as we were listening to the week’s new releases, perhaps because it’s so simple to find so much charm within it. And it’s one we already know we’re gonna be coming back to for some time to come.
