A bit of rock, anyone?!
This is the acceptable face of rock though. And voice. Namely Erik Gronvall fronting H.E.A.T. The Swedish schlager rock group are gearing up for the release of their new album ‘Tearing Down The Walls’ (available to pre-order from our store, if you’re interested) and with it comes the brand new single ‘Mannequin Show’.
It’s a brilliant piece of music, this one. Sounding like a cross between an 80s stadium rock track, a 90s Cheiron production for an American poppet, and the eccentric soundtrack to a cartoon horror movie for kids. A bizarre concoction, but one that makes for a jolly good listen. It contains a heavy dosage of theatrics and dramatics, and we love that in our pop music. Turns out we love it in our rock music too.
‘Mannequin Show’ is out now and has been released outside of Sweden too.
