Thanks to Tiiger on the scandipop forum for alerting us to this one. It’s an excellent little pop song called ‘Girls & Rock N’Roll’, by Denise Lopez, featuring Lazee. Massively catchy and delightfully punchy. It’s like a cross between a Red One track, a Max Martin produced Kelly Clarkson song, and something from a cheesy British girlband in the 90’s! That’s quite a precise description, we realise, but fitting we feel!
Apparently, this is another reject from Melodifestivalen 2010 – in that it was submitted to the competition but wasn’t selected. So now, it’s her summer single and is out right now on iTunes!
