Swedish dancepop singer Freja has got something exciting coming up real soon. It’s a release! Of a spiffing new single!
‘Love At First Kiss’ is the song in question. And it actually sounds like two different songs spliced together and made into one. Two very good songs though, at that. One half of it is Robyn-esque electro cool, and the other half is Ke$ha-esque pop blow out. And we guess herein lies the essence of Freja. ‘Love At First Kiss’ is a catchy, pop pioneer with a big “whoa-whoah-oh” chorus, and doused in enough synth to place it on the periphery of electronica.
‘Tis the same Freja who gave us this treat earlier in the year.
