Swedish pop duo First Aid Kit have announced that they’ll be releasing another song from their successful ‘The Lion’s Roar’ album. And they’re keeping with the animal theme by going with the song ‘Wolf’.
It comes after the singles ‘Emmylou’, ‘The Lion’s Roar’, and ‘Blue’, and makes perfect sense as a single, given that it’s definitely one of the big album highlights. It’s a bit more upbeat and punchy than the previous releases from the album, and it’s probably the first single where the production manages to match, or maybe even outshine, the usual star of First Aid Kit’s songs – their melodies. And Sweden’s biggest radio station P3 are already on board – having added it to their playlist this week.
Personally we’re hoping for a video for ‘Wolf’, after the amazing video that the girls produced for previous single ‘Blue’.
