Swedish electro elf Firefox AK, is back with a new single – the title track from her current album ‘Color The Trees’ (American spelling – artist’s own).
After last year’s brilliant ‘Boom Boom Boom‘, this time Andrea has teamed up with her husband Rasmus Kellerman (from Tiger Lou) who provides vocals and appears in the video (and sports a light haired beard and a t-shirt that semi exposes one of his tattoos – yum!). ‘Color The Trees’ isn’t a million miles away from ‘Boom Boom Boom’ sonically. It’s not as instant, but after a few listens, the intricate production and soft chorus settles in pleasantly.
Like last year’s ‘Boom Boom Boom’, the video for ‘Color The Trees’ was directed by our favourite scandipop video director Robinovich – who has also worked magic on vids by September, Elin Lanto, Marie Serneholt, and Magnus Carlsson. And this one’s another visual stunner;
