Here’s a bit of a gem that’s just come out in Norway. ‘Move With The Sirens’. It’s by Norwegian production duo Fender Heist, and features the vocals of Monika May (whom we’ve written about on here a couple of times before).
‘Move With The Sirens’ is an electropop number that manages to simultaneously be quite dreamy, and yet very focused on delivering a strong and memorable top-line melody. It’s an enormously upbeat little thing. And we like the contrast between Monika’s fragile and innocent vocal delivering that ambitious lyric and aforementioned melody.
And in terms of Norwegian male production duo featuring Scandipop female vocalist – ‘Move With The Sirens’ is really something that the recent Röyksopp & Robyn EP could have benefited from having.
