What’s this? Sweden’s Omar Rudberg is currently making waves starring in a lead role in the new Netflix series Young Royals. Now he releases an EP of three songs he’s covered, all of which are also featured in the show. ‘Omar Covers’.
What’s on it? He’s done a take on The Ark’s ‘It Takes A Fool To Remain Sane’, Clean Bandit & Zara Larsson’s ‘Symphony’ and Seinabo Sey’s ‘Remember’.
What’s he done with them? They are straight-up pop covers. Each brought up to date with a current production so as to sound like they could well be hits in the year 2021. While also showcasing his incredible versatility as a vocalist.
