We’ve had something of a ‘thing’ for Nashville tinged scandipop balladry this summer. So far Sweden has give us Hilda’s ‘Brief & Beautiful’ and Erika Selin’s ‘I’m A Dreamer’, and now Norway has delivered its own country pop crooner in the form of Ellen Xylander.
Ellen has just released her debut single, ‘One Day We’ll Make It Home’. It’s a warming and soothing track, its calming credentials boosted by the songbird’s tender vocals. ‘Tis an enjoyable listen, and it’s got itself a pretty pop vid to go along with it too;
