Some hot new dancepop hailing from Sweden, and gearing up for a release on February 15th (although it’s just come out in Asia, ahead of its Swedish release). Crash and the old-skool sounding Eurodance, ‘I’m Alive’.
We first wrote about this song early last year, but a few things have changed since then. For a start it’s been given a production overhaul and a re-record – to freshen it up for its impending release. And Crash itself is no longer a girl duo, but a solitary girl.
‘I’m Alive’ is one of those songs that you worry nobody is making anymore. Or at least we worry about that anyway. But then this comes along, sounds absolutely euphoric, and gets it right in a way that something this rare really needs to – and all those aforementioned worries are put to rest. Artists are still making songs like this, and they’re just as good as they always were. We could do with a bit more, but this will definitely do for now;
