The wierd and wonderful Cazzi Opeia has today uploaded another brilliant pop song that sounds like a dance song (or perhaps it’s the other way round) to her YouTube channel.
It’s ‘If You Have A Problem’ and it follows on from the fantastic ‘My Heart In 2‘ that she released ealier this year. ‘If You Have A Problem’ is bigger and bolder in many respects, that theory championed by a bassline that just will not quit. The chorus is generously catchy, meaning that you don’t have to put in any time and effort to like it – you just ‘get it’, from the first listen. The real star of the song though is the extended middle eight. It’s almost like a third verse that is taken from a whole other song, and is capped off with a club-cool-down instrumental – before the final chorus inevitably explodes back.
‘If You Have A Problem’ isn’t on iTunes yet unfortunately, but we’re refreshing the iTunes store until it appears. We’ll give you a shout when we see it. Hopefully it won’t be long now. Any minute now. Now? No it’s not there yet.
