Everyone’s favourite Faroese duo BYRTA have just this very day returned with a brand new single and video. It’s ‘Í Tínum Eygum’.
Mid-tempo electropop performed entirely in Faroese – now how many times have you heard THAT this month? This is quite upbeat for them, they sound like they’re actually quite happy here. Although we can’t confirm either way without getting out our ‘Say It in Faroese’ pocketbook.
The best thing here is the production. On the first few listens it appears to be one of those soundscapes that rewards you with something new to discover every time you press play. So happy discoveries, readers.
