Swedish singer Vanbot this week made a welcome return to POP – premiering her new single on Swedish radio station P3’s Musikguiden programme. Well – we say her new single. Actually she’s the featured vocalist on the new single by Swedish duo Boeoes Kaelstigen.
We’ve missed our Vanbot! One of the bestest and most well received newcomers a few years back, when she released her self-titled debut album in 2011. She released two new singles last year, but it’s been quiet since then. Here’s a nice new glimpse of her musical stylings though, as she’s co-written and provided the vocals on ‘Our Story’.
Despite it being for another artist, the combination of it being her scribings and it being her hot vox means that actually – for all intents and purposes – it sounds like a new Vanbot song. And we’re totally here for a new Vanbot song.
