As some of you may already be aware, The Very Talented One is gearing up for the release of her second album, ‘Don’t Stop’. What nobody will be aware of though, is exactly when it will be released, as it has now been pushed back again – this time from November to April. The album was completed and has already leaked on the web, so this news will be disappointing to fans (and Annie herself most likely) as it casts further doubt on the chances of the album ever seeing the light of day. However, the finished product should be different to the leaked version, as she has gone back into the studio to record more tracks.
After the critical acclaim of her debut album ‘Anniemal’, and all of the fans that she earned from it, anticipation for the long overdue second album was hot. Lead single from it, ‘I Know Ur Girlfriend Hates Me’ stiffed at number 54 in July this year and worry set in, which won’t be calmed by the album’s postponement. As yet, there are no concrete plans for a second single. ‘Songs Remind Me Of You’ is rumoured.
