Amy Diamond: ‘True Colours’

Wow! Amy Diamond can certainly belt out a ballad. Here she is performing one of the new songs from her Greatest Hits album, ‘True Colours’. It’s a cover of the Cyndi Lauper classic, and she performs it here with Mikael Rickfors. After watching this, we think it would be quite nice if Amy was given a big ballad to perhaps launch a new album with in the future, or to compete in Melodifestivalen with. It could be just what she needs to complete the transition in the new phase of her career which is going to have to happen soon anyway. We’ve previously had ‘It Can Only Get Better’ from her, which is amazing. But her voice has come on even better since then, so it would be good to hear exactly what it’s capable of now.
