We first fell hard for Danish artist MAIA at the end of the last year when she released one of THE best songs of 2016 – the phenomenal ‘Tordenkys’. Now she’s back with her debut EP – ‘Tusind Ord’. In her own words; “‘Tusind Ord’ contains 5 songs about feelings that are orientated towards the same: love. There is a song about expectation, one about surrender, one about loving unconditionally, one about despair and one about giving up everything. 5 songs, 5 feelings and a bunch of words in between”. We’ll be honest readers, our Danish isn’t quite what it could be – so we’ll leave you to assign the songs to each of those descriptions.
