Agnetha Fältskog is back. She has actually returned. And is releasing a whole new album’s worth of actual new songs. And the first single, ‘When You Really Loved Someone’ has been released today, along with a video.
The song, written and produced by Jörgen Elofsson, is a mid-tempo, dreamy ballad. They’ve given it a brilliant melody, and we all know how used to brilliant melodies Agnetha Fältskog is, so naturally, she delivers it with perfect aplomb! We’re also a little bit enamored with the synths that play throughout, particularly in the instrumental middle eight and fade-out sections. Listen and watch the video below;
