This week on Så Mycket Bättre, it was Ulf Dageby’s day. Agnes performed her take of his song ‘Hanna Från Arlöv’.
It was a bit of a change in gear for Agnes this week. Rather than giving her chosen song the usual Dance! Love! Pop! Treatment, she instead delivered a strikingly pretty folk ballad. An old fashioned ode to young love, which stayed very true to the original. What was most striking of all though, is her vocals – we all know the girl can sing, but she sounds exceptionally good on the studio recording of the song which you can listen to below.
Plus, she didn’t feel the need to change the gender reference in the song, which is quite nice of her.
‘Hanna Från Arlöv’ will be available on the Agnes greatest hits album ‘Collection’, which comes out at the end of December, but which can already be pre-ordered from our store.
