Norwegian pop duo Shackles have rounded off an impressive year in pop with the arrival of a brand new, original Christmas single.
After ‘Remember‘ and ‘Overtime‘ comes ‘A Christmas Kiss With You’. It’s a jaunty and jolly pop song. Half of which embodies the prescribed production of the traditional Christmas song, and half of which throws a healthy dosage of Scandinavian schlager into the mix. It’s really quite adorable.
They’ve also just released a video for it – containing all of the elements that your standard Christmas pop video SHOULD. An open fire, some sparkly evening attire, a frolic in the snow, the consumption of hot drinks, and the adorning of a festive knit. They’ve got it all right.
