Those Norwegian knights of nineties euro dance music, Reset, are back again to have another stab at soundtracking our Saturday nights.
Last week they unleashed their ode to strengthened serotonin levels, ‘So High’. It’s generic as fuck of course, but then we don’t particularly want our eurodance legends to be re-inventing the wheel (of steel) anyway. So we’re pretty pleased with our lot on this one. You know what you’re getting before you press play. And afterwards you’re half compelled to press play again. And that’s what we did.
We like that Reset are making and releasing music again. Really, they could easily rest on their laurels and just stick to the ‘We Love the 90’s’ gig circuit. But they’re having another throw of the dice, as it were. And that’s just great. See also their comeback single from April this year, ‘One Love ‘.
And here’s the video to the single, which was shot on an iPhone with a budget of $10. We’re not making of fun of it, by the way, that’s really how it was shot. They said so themselves!
