Denmark has gone and spawned a new pop girl with a rapturous refrain to her name – it’s Aycan.
She’s just launched her debut single throughout Scandinavia, ‘Easy Come, Easy Go’. Penned by Nigel Butler and Ray Hedges who were behind a plethora of UK pop hits by the likes of Take That, B*Witched, Boyzone, and CHER! ‘Easy Come, Easy Go’ sounds like early Britney meets first album Rachel Stevens – with definite aspirations of second album Rachel Stevens. It’s an up-beat, uncomplicated pop tune, which is what you just NEED sometimes!
Although this is her first release in her native Scandi land, she’s actually already released an album in far east Asia. But she’s certainly going about her first release in Scandinavia the right away – she’s already hooked up with fellow Danes, Aqua and Daze to work on her forthcoming album. Oh the caliber!
