We do like us a bit of Oh Land, so her penchant for popping up on TV over the last week or so is very pleasing to us!
The latest televisual treat from her took place in the US this week, on Letterman no less. She performed ‘Son Of A Gun’, ahead of the release of her first US album over there in a couple of weeks. Longtime fans will be pleased to know that her quirky charm is all present and correct, and hasn’t been compromised for the primetime US TV slot. And in actual fact, they did a stellar job with such a small stage. They managed to include those neon lit small plastic house things that feature on her album artwork, as stage props. And best of all, the backing vocals are sung by the image of a face which has been projected onto individual balloons. That might sound a bit odd, but just look at how amazing it comes off;
