What’s this? In May they represented their country in the 2022 Eurovision Song Contest in Turin, with the song ‘Með Hækkandi Sól’. Now the Icelandic trio Systur are back with the follow-up single and video. ‘Dusty Road’.
What’s it like? A melancholic country ballad that goes big on the beauty, and incorporates a heart-breaker of a melody that the sisters can divide out into irresistible harmonies. The video is shot in some exceptional Icelandic countryside too, and is well worth a watch to accompany your first experience of the song.
