Who? 22-year-old singer and songwriter Amanda Jerlov hails from Sweden, and has just put out her new single ‘Like You Do’.
What’s it like? An instantly loveable ’80s-disco track with a sweetness in the production that’s been offset by a sass in the lyrics.
What does Amanda say? “It’s an upbeat, retro-inspired song about a guy who’s a bit too much in love with himself for his own good. And realising you deserve better than taking care of someone who frankly will never love anyone as much as they love themself.”
Written by? Amanda herself, along with Jakob Bergek and Teddy Paunkoski.
