What’s this? New music from Danish artist Troels Gustavsen. His latest single ‘Lykkelig Fortabt’.
What’s it like? Retro-flavoured synthpop with a production that has a clear positive disposition. If you love this year’s Danish entry to the Eurovision Song Contest, then you may well find a lot to like here, too.
What does Troels say? “It’s about daring to stand by yourself and admit that sometimes life is a bit shit. In some crazy way, adversity has always been my driving force and something that has spurred me on. For me, fragility has always been a force, too. So, just because one is lost, that doesn’t mean one is a loser.”
Written by? The man himself, along with Casper Lindstad and Karl-Frederik Reichhardt.
More from Troels? Last year he released the ‘Knuste Hjerter‘.
