Who? From the Faroe Islands, Reiley – real name Rani Petersen – is a TikTok star with almost 11 million followers. In March he released his first single and music video. ‘Let It Ring’.
What’s it like? Literally sampling the iPhone ringtone to provide the melody for a chorus on which he taunts “Imma let it ring” is a boss move. The end result is a supremely catchy pop tune. As first singles go, it doesn’t get more impactful than this.
