Who? Last night Swedish Idol held the final of the its 16th series. And so now we have a new winner. The first female winner since Lisa Ajax back in 2014. Meet Nadja Holm.
What’s she gonna be like, popstar wise? Well with the annual Idol winner, we now also get the annual Idol winner’s single. And thus she’s out with her debut release as a popstar already – ‘Used To Me’.
What’s the song like? Quite different from a standard winner’s single, actually, in that it’s an up-tempo banger that goes off! Though the holy tradition of the winner’s single is maintained in the lyrics: “You better get used to me. I didn’t come here to lose, you see“.

What was she like on the show? Possibly her most iconic performance was her rendition of Christina Aguilera’s ‘Show Me How You Burlesque’. WHAT a brilliant song choice!
