What’s this? Swedish artist Sandro Cavazza is out with a new EP. His second. This is ‘Weird & Talkative’.
Nice title! It’s sort of fitting, too, as the EP is made up of his cheerful ramblings of positivity. A joyful, upbeat collection of songs that are meant to inspire the feel-goods in you.
What’s on it? Previous single ‘Lean On Me’, his collaboration with Brother Leo – ‘Sad Child’, plus two brand-new songs. Both of which are a hell of a lot of fun.
Highlights? New track ‘Shades In The Rain’ is a brilliantly written new take on the idea of looking at the world through tinted glasses.
What does Sandro say? “When the Quarantine started, I found myself in need of turning all my frustration and sadness around. I decided to write the most happy songs I possibly could. It’s been a self helping process I’d say, since writing these songs has always kept me in a positive mindset. With these songs I also got to explore a different side of my songwriting and I sincerely hope these songs will bring a lot of joy to everybody.”
