What’s this? Swedish songwriter Andreas Stone has taken a moment to hold back one of his compositions to release under his own name – and he’s out with new single ‘Cold In Mexico’.
What’s it like? A fast-paced synthpop banger that merges influences from a-ha in the ’80, to The Weeknd of today. We never knew the man behind so many iconic Melodifestivalen songs could sing and sound like THAT! It’s a rigorous listen after which you’ll need either a lie down or to listen to it once again, right away.
Written by? Andreas himself, along with Frazer Mac and Laurell Barker.
More from Andreas? Well earlier this year he just casually co-composed one of THE largest bops of 2020 – ‘Wild’ by Raylee.
