Last night, P3 radio station in Sweden hosted a live gig with two scandipop favourites sharing the bill – Le Kid and Eric Saade!
The show broadcasted over 90 minutes and featured lots of live performances from both artists, plus interviews. And they’ve gone and uploaded the show to their website for everyone to listen again. Click here.
Le Kid kicked everything off with ‘We Are The Drums’, before an interview with lead singers Helena and Johanna. They continued with ‘Mercy Mercy’ and ‘America’, before finishing with current single ‘We Should Go Home Together’ and another interview with Märta and Felix from the band. There was a quick break, and then Eric Saade came on the scene to a barrage of screams. He launched into ‘Masquerade’, ‘Upgrade’, and ‘Break Of Dawn’. Then there was an interview and long break. In the stream, after ‘Break Of Dawn’ skip to the 1:08:45 mark to where the music commences again. He finishes with a cover of Garth Brooks’ ‘If Tomorrow Never Comes’, album track ‘It’s Like That With You’, his huge hit ‘Manboy’, and next single ‘It’s Gonna Rain’.
A cracking 90 minutes of entertainment that we’d recommend you listen to. Both artists sounded great live, as expected!
