Ok, that collaboration makes a lot of sense. Right? Last year’s comeback single ‘Old School‘ was Swedish group Urban Cone’s finest moment. The sort of funked up pop jam that Blenda is also partial to, and one that still sounds fresh today. Now they’ve gone and released another one. And on it, they’ve recruited the sugary tones of their fellow Swede, Blenda – who sounds awesome delivering a middle eight rap.
What do Urban Cone say? “We wrote this song after watching Pulp Fiction for the hunded time, the lyric and feel of the song is inspired by the character Mia Wallis, how she don’t care about anything and her decadent lifestyle.”
Ah, so it’s THAT kind of sugar they mean? We have no idea what you’re talking about.
Written by? Emil Gustafsson, Blenda Shimba Kabondo, and Rasmus Flyckt.
