Maria Mena is releasing another single in the UK. After ‘All This Time’ undeservedly underperformed, ‘Just Hold Me’ has now been plucked from her back catalogue and will be the second attempt at getting her the UK recognition that she deserves. It’s the best choice too. It’s one of her strongest tracks and it was HUGE in her native Norway.
It’s been given a UK remix, which we actually really really like, and might even prefer to the original version. It’s been turned into a slightly more upbeat number (musically speaking of course, not lyrically) with more drums and a stronger guitar. The beauty of the song remains intact though. And that chorus is still as amazing as it ever was.
