20 year old Oivia Eliasson from Alingsås in Sweden first burst onto the scene with the sublime ‘Meet Your Mother‘, back in the summer of 2014. And since then nothing. Well – probably a lot of artistic development and finishing of one’s education, but you know what we mean. Anyway – she’s back! And she’s still brill. New single ‘Do You’ is a well crafted pop song that reaches for urban flavours and topical tropical house influences. If this is her reintroduction, we’re excited. And hoping that she doesn’t make us wait another two and a half years for the next single. ‘Do You’ was written and produced by Anton Ewald, Thea Gustafsson, and Albin Nordquist. Today she releases a performance/lyric video for the single, which you can watch below.
