After two strong single releases (HEJ ‘Clouds‘ and ‘Shutdown‘), Swedish Idol runner-up Amanda Winberg is back this month with her third. It’s ‘Goodbye’. And it’s a change of pace for her – in more than one way. The tempo has been reduced to an r&b ballad, AND she raps her way through the first and second verse. On the chorus, we hear the same powerhouse vocal that we fell in love with during her time on Idol. As she informs us wisely that there’s sometimes “good in goodbye“.
