Finland has currently got this charming slice of cheese for devouring. A deliciously Europop offering that’s called ‘Mä Meen’ by young Finnish girl Nomi Enckell.
Nomi first found fame on the 2013 series of Finnish Idol (she finished third). But this single is decidedly un-post-Idol fodder. It’s not trying to be anything other than a joyous lark-about on an alcohol-free, school disco dancefloor. And obviously that translates into us being on board with it as well – what with our exceptional taste in pop morsels.
Not much is known about Nomi – or at least not by us anyway. All we know is she also has exceptional taste in pop morsels. And so we’ll take her, thank you very much.
