Sonja Aldén has a new tour to promote (starting this Saturday, as if to state how unbothered she is about a Melodifestivalen final in which she doesn’t compete!). And her current album ‘I Andlighetens Rum’, of course. So she’s put a new single out. And this morning she popped into the Efter Tio studios to perform it for TV4 viewers in Sweden.
It’s called ‘Om Det Var Gud’. And it’s a trademark Sonja Aldén ballad. Soft, simple, organic, and dressed down to accentuate its natural prettiness, rather than painted up to showcase a fierce hotness. She’s at the stage in her career now where she’s copyrighted a certain style of sound across her albums. And this new single is one of the perfect examples of it.
