One of the most enduring songs to come out of Norway in recent years (enduring in that it’s still charting almost 18 months after its release, and enduring in that it still sounds amazing) had some further life injected into its immaculately preserved existence last week, with the release of a video for it.
Beautifully shot, with some stunning imagery on display, and a hypnotic performance from frontwoman and song co-writer Ina Wroldsen. Why there was an 18 month wait for a video to be made, we don’t know (although in fairness, the song only became really massive during the second half of its shelf life), but it’s finally got the great pop video it deserves.
