You MAY recall earlier this summer we introduced you to brand new Finnish boyband Satin Circus, and their spiffing debut single ‘Emma‘. What a song. And a very popular post on the Scandipop site this year in terms of views/hits/likes/whatevs. Well this week they released their second single and video. ‘If You Love Me’.
It’s another top notch exercise in above average boyband guitar pop fodder. We used the whole Better Than One Direction’s Recent Songs thing in our last write-up of Satin Circus, so we won’t go into it all again. But yeah, you get the picture. ‘If You Love Me’ is a simple pop track with a catchy chorus and a sweet sentiment, delivered with aplomb by four likable chaps.
It contains the chorus lyric “so if you love me, then baby take me by the fire“. How swoonsome!
We’ve decided that Satin Circus member on the bottom left is our favourite Satin Circus member (although we’d prefer he identified as top left). His hair in the video is nothing short of incredible.
The boys have mercifully released it outside of their native Finland too. So shop to your heart’s content.
