One of 2012’s brighest new stars in Sweden, Moa Lignell, enters 2013 with a new single and video out.
The Idol graduate with a bit of a difference, has taken ‘You Had It All’ as the latest single from her ‘A Different Path’ album. It’s mid-tempo guitar pop, containing that most common ingredient and satisfying flavour of all of her tunes – the melodic chorus that stays with you after the song has finished playing. Some might accuse Moa of being a one trick pony – so if you haven’t liked any of her previous stuff, then this new single won’t be for you. But if you are a fan, then ‘You Had It All’ is another great addition to her repertoire – one of the best. She knows her craft and she does it well.
