Norwegian masters of electropop, Eva & The Heartmaker, have got a new single. It’s ‘Joanna’, and once again it’s pretty damn special. That’s their ‘thing’.
It’s the second single to be taken from their new ‘Traces Of You’ album which is released tomorrow, following on from the ‘Traces Of You‘ single which came out at the end of last year.
‘Joanna’ leans a little more towards rock than their past output. But it’s still very much a fab pop track. It’s got a bouncy and jovial tone to it, with a hefty slice of commanding drama to its chorus. A different side to them than ‘Traces Of You’, and thus an exciting glimpse into just how good tomorrow’s new album is gonna be.
